This policy demonstrates our firm commitment to online privacy. Information obtained from visitors and customers will only be used for internal purposes. At no time will we sell, rent, or otherwise distribute your personal information or playbook data to a third party.
When you register with us, we require that you provide correct contact information, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and other types of information. We collect this information to provide you with a secure, smooth, efficient, and customized experience.
We don't sell, share, or distribute any information you provide during the registration process or in discussions with us. Additionally, we use a double opt-in registration process to further assure the security of your contact information. Any attempt to circumvent or abuse our system through multiple registrations, entering someone else's contact information or falsifying any data will result in immediate deletion of any and all records and playbooks for that user.
We may share your personal information with service providers under contract who help with our business operations, marketing, and technology services. Our contracts dictate that these service providers only use your information in connection with the services they perform for us and not for their own benefit.
We require credit card payment for our products and online services. When you purchase online, we collect your contact and payment information (like name, postal address, email address, and credit card number). We use this information to create/update your playbook, verify your identity, authorize payments, and to generate invoices and receipts.
We use a third party payment processor, Braintree, and pass all of your credit card information to them via a secure internet connection. Your credit card number, cardholder name, and expiration date are stored on Braintree's servers, but they are never stored on our servers. All monthly subscription billing, is done via Braintree's API via a secure internet connection, without requiring you to re-enter your card information. We also use Braintree's API via secure internet connection to allow you to add new credit cards to your playbook and edit existing card information. None of this information is stored on our servers, and we never retrieve or display your credit card number once it has been entered. Braintree provides us a masked version of your credit card number that only shows the last four digits to help you identify the card. All changes to your credit card information require entry of your security code, which is never stored on our servers or Braintree's servers.
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. Under10 Playbook does not store this information.
You can review and edit your personal information at any time by logging in to your playbook and reviewing your playbook settings and profile, or by contacting the company as described below.
